OUR BUSINESS:

All of our trailers are a custom build/design, specifically for, and to the specifications of your needs.  This way each client gets exactly the trailer and options they want without having to pay for unnecessary options and without having to settle for in-stock inventory.

If you pre-order your trailer and allow us the time necessary to custom manufacture the trailer for you, the new trailer will carry a 3-year warranty on all manufacturer’s parts and craftsmanship.

MINIMUM DEPOSIT/BALANCE DUE:

The NON-REFUNDABLE deposit amount is 50% based on the total price of your trailer, with the balance due within 5 days after completion of your trailer. Should you choose to have your trailer delivered, your balance with shipping charges will be due BEFORE your trailer is shipped.  You are welcome to pick your trailer up at the factory. Pick-up and balance due must be made within the 5 days after completion date. Your sales representative will coordinate the details with you.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

We accept wire transfer, certified check, and credit/debit cards (at a minimum, a 3.5% fees will apply), for deposits on orders within the United States. Balance due and shipping by wire transfer. We do not accept credit/debit cards for final payment. International transactions require bank wire transfers for deposit, balance due prior to shipping, or pick-up.  Deposits must be received before your order is placed within the manufacturing schedule.

All PO’s are due and payable prior to shipping, for logistical purposes only.  LuxLav is GSA certified, DUNS# and CAGE code available upon request.  Clients are more than welcome to visit the factory and sign off on the finished product prior to executing the payment of a PO.  No Exceptions To Any Conditions Above!

TRAILER MANUFACTURING SCHEDULE:

All sanitation trailers are manufactured in the order in which the customer makes a deposit.  Manufacturing times vary depending on which brand, size and type of trailer ordered, the number and complexity of the options added, and the facilities work load/back log at the time your order is placed. Manufacture times may vary depending on any number of things that could cause the manufacture time to be longer or shorter than originally anticipated. Luxlav cannot be held responsible for any/all engineering, fabrication, or design process of all equipment.  

TRAILER DELIVERY/SHIPPING:

We do not do our own shipping. We hire outside freight companies, so we are at the mercy of their rates – All rates are based off current fuel charges.  We always do our best to get the lowest rate available at the time of shipment. We can arrange for delivery of your trailer to anywhere in the United States, including Alaska. For overseas customers, including Hawaii, we can arrange for delivery to the port of choice, and freight forwarding company of your choice within the lower 48 United States. For our Canada customers, we can arrange for delivery to the border crossing of your choice and, in some cases, all the way to your destination within Canada.  Delivery charges are calculated by the freight company at the time your trailer is completed and ready for shipment. Your sales representative will provide shipping costs.  Clients are more than welcome to pick up trailers at the factory, however the pick-up times are 6:30am-2:30pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, all factories are closed on the weekends.  Check for availability on holidays.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT POLICY:

Each sanitation trailer, or Pod is built right here in America. Once your order is placed, construction of your equipment begins. Your trailer is “made to order” so parts and materials are purchased to begin construction and assembly utilizing your deposit funds. We state this because we have had customers whose situations have changed, and they no longer want the trailer. We are sympathetic to each situation, but the reality is that the manufacturer has already used the deposit funds to begin the custom options selected and the ability to resell the specific specifications to another customer becomes a lengthy and costly procedure after the initial deposit funds have already been invested in the trailer.
